Our Approach
Co-design and iteration
All our work is guided by co-design processes. We don’t design for you, we design with you. That means we will work hard to understand your needs and goals before we begin any design work. Then, we will draft early stage designs and get your feedback. After that, we will create iterations of the products you need until you are comfortable with the design. Even after a curriculum, program, evaluation, or other product has been implemented, we are happy to continue the co-design process if you wish to explore more designs.
